The catalog does not ask for or store your name, phone number, email address, or payment details. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and how it performs.

Saved products on this device

Hamper selections and the IDs of your last 12 viewed products are saved in this browser. Recently viewed history stays on this device and is not synced to Giftsmart. You can remove it by clearing the site’s browser data. Shared hamper links include product IDs in the URL.

Site analytics

We use Umami Cloud, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights. Umami records page views and selected actions, including product and gallery views, filters, searches, hamper changes, inquiry-sheet opens or dismissals, and WhatsApp or Instagram clicks. Event details may include product and category, customisation status, gallery view, selected filter, search result count, campaign tags, and whether inquiry fields were filled. Search words and questionnaire answers are not sent to analytics.

Umami also processes page URLs, referrers, browser and device details, screen size, language, and approximate location. It creates a pseudonymous session ID using the site ID, IP address, browser details, and a value that rotates monthly. Umami does not use cookies or store IP addresses as a standard analytics field, though IP may be processed or recorded in operational or security logs. Campaign tags and product IDs in shared hamper links may appear in page-view data. Vercel Web Analytics records aggregated page, referrer, and device data; Speed Insights records route, device/browser, and performance metrics. Data retention follows the providers’ plans and settings. WhatsApp inquiries

When you continue to WhatsApp, your quantity, occasion, and expected delivery date are added to a prefilled message. Nothing is sent to Giftsmart until you tap Send. WhatsApp shares your account details and message with us if you send it. Instagram links open Instagram; any message you choose to send is handled by Meta under Instagram’s privacy terms.
